Why are there multiple rows for one product?

This occurs because Shopify structures data by Variants. If a product (e.g., "Cotton T-Shirt") has three sizes (Small, Medium, Large), the CSV will show three rows—one for each unique SKU/Variant—linked by the same Product Handle.
